Once your referral has completed a session, Opurea will contact you to let you know you have a complimentary session.

Yes you can. Let us know you will would like to gift your session and provide us their contact information.

No, they do not expires and you can combine to extend your session.

Talk to your practitioner right away. At Opurea we are extremely confident in our team members’ abilities. However, if there is a misunderstanding, your practitioner will want to know!

If you feel uncomfortable talking to your practitioner, a manager will be more than happy to discuss your concerns.

Should a cancellation be necessary, please notify Opurea. Call us a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of all the services scheduled. All NO-SHOW appointments will be charged at full value.

Corporate events Cancellation Policy:  

  • 1 week or more in advance of the date, you will get 50% of your invoice payment credited.
  • 48 hours before you will get 20% of your invoice payment credited.
  • 24 hours or less, no refund is possible, total invoice is due.

This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others

At your discretion, a 15%-20% gratuity is customary, and it is greatly appreciated. Due to high cost in merchant fees, practitioners would prefer CASH gratuity, but it is not necessary.

Your practitioner will do his/her best to accommodate you, however due to scheduling the session will be shortened to the time purchased.

If you are later than 10 minutes, and there is no other practitioner available at that time, then you may be asked to reschedule as accommodating late arriving clients may inconvenience the client scheduled after you.

Opurea gift certificates are always available for purchase.

When unsure of the amount that you should purchase, please call our staff and they will be happy to assist you on purchasing the correct amount for your love ones.

We realize that you may need to switch to a different wellness company based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective.

We have our own in-house apprenticeship program. Therefore, many of our practitioners have received their private training from Masters and teachers on a variety of topics. We have proprietary massage sessions that are proven to be very popular.

In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.

Update concerning COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread throughout the communities where we live and work, in order to continue to help protect the health and safety of our clients, employees, and contractors, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our studios and withdraw from all public and private off-site events starting in March 2020, continuing until further notice.

As members of the health and wellness community, we feel that our decision to temporarily cease operations will also free up valuable personal protective equipment and sanitation supplies to be used where they can do the most good.
